We can help manage issues affecting your family such as:

  • anxiety and depression
  • temper outbursts
  • not listening
  • verbal and physical aggression
  • difficulties paying attention
  • separation anxiety

For you, the Veteran, our ICAN Adult Anxiety and Depression program will guide you as you learn about the meaning of anxiety, how it impacts your physical and mental well-being and ways to manage it in your daily life.

Choose from 1:1 coaching or you can join a group where you can share your experience with those who face similar challenges and lean on each other for support. Those who have joined our group sessions relay a sense of community within their groups – listening, learning and supporting each other – often after the group has ended.

"I enjoyed being part of the group sessions. If I said "this is what's happening", others would chime in on what worked for them or validate my feelings because the same thing happened to them.
