Military, Veterans & Their Families

We know that military and Veteran families are strong, resourceful, and like all families, need support for mental health issues impacting family functioning and well-being.

All our programs are co-created with people who have lived experience so that you can feel comfortable knowing that our Coaches are trained on military and veteran-specific competencies

We can help manage issues affecting your family such as:

  • anxiety and depression
  • temper outbursts
  • not listening
  • verbal and physical aggression
  • difficulties paying attention
  • separation anxiety

For you, the Veteran, our ICAN Adult Anxiety and Depression program will guide you as you learn about the meaning of anxiety, how it impacts your physical and mental well-being and ways to manage it in your daily life.

Choose from 1:1 coaching or you can join a group where you can share your experience with those who face similar challenges and lean on each other for support. Those who have joined our group sessions relay a sense of community within their groups – listening, learning and supporting each other – often after the group has ended.
