EndSilentStruggles

Join a nationwide campaign to empower Veterans (military members and RCMP) and active military members in breaking their silence around mental health struggles.

Empathy and Support for Families

Through #EndSilentStruggles, we aim to extend the same empathy and strength to Veterans, military members, and RCMP personnel that they’ve shown in their service.
Our campaign recognizes that many struggle in silence, hesitant to seek help.
We’re here to support our armed forces and Veterans, those who’ve given so much, providing the community and resources to encourage healing and strength.

Promoting Open Dialogue and Reducing Stigma

Mental health stigma in the military and Veteran community often prevents individuals from seeking the help they need or that of their family.

We’re dedicated to breaking down these barriers.

#EndSilentStruggles calls on all members, from recruits to the highest ranks, to take part in changing perceptions—showing that seeking help is a strength, not a weakness, and that no one should face these challenges alone.

A Call to Action for Help and Connection

Transitioning to civilian life can feel isolating, but the strength of a united community makes a difference.

The #EndSilentStruggles campaign encourages all military personnel, Veterans, RCMP members, and their loved ones to connect—reach out for support, share your journey, and stand with others facing similar struggles

Together, we can build a more supportive network for all.
